Year 2 had a theatre workshop this morning all about wonderful women who have changed the world. They loved it!

Belmont Academy have always supported RNLI Mayday Appeal.  RNLI lifeboat and lifeguard services receive no government funding and rely on voluntary contributions and very much appreciate the support of our school. Tower Lifeboat on the Thames is one of the busiest in the country and Southend-on-Sea is usually the busiest coastal station.  Next week Belmont Parliament will be visiting every class daily for children to make a donation and receive a sticker.‚Äč  Thank you so much for your continued support in our chosen charities and see below to see our proud fundraisers!

Belmont will act as a local polling station for the upcoming local elections on Thursday 5th May. Please note that school will remain open as usual to all pupils on this date.

Today we are raising money for the PTA by Breaking the Rules! Our children always love this day for some reason...can't think why! There is lots of coloured crazy hair, nail varnish & temporary tattoos! We have raised over £600 - thank you to all of our families for your continued support!
