We've had a busy term with sport at Belmont Academy and we've had a go at some new sports!
Our Year 3 and 4 children have had some Major League Baseball training this term. So much fun but it's definitely harder than it looks...!
A fantastic group of boys and girls from Belmont Academy put everything they had into the Cray Wanderers Schools cup. The heat made it very difficult to play in but our group were amazing throughout the whole morning!
Our boys in Years 3 and 4 and girls in Year 4 and 5 played their first ever matches as a school team this term. Some fantastic football was played and goals scored, but most importantly some fantastic character shown on the pitch especially by our two goalkeepers who were both outstanding! Well done!
Our Belmont Cricket team took part in the Bexley borough cricket finals. It was their first ever games and they really enjoyed it! We showed great determination and honesty throughout the day. Well done everyone!
