A huge well done to members of our boys' football team who took part in the EFL Kids Cup organised by Charlton Athletic Community Trust.  The boys made us all extremely proud not only with the result they achieved but their overall sportsmanship.  Click here to read more.

Eight of our Belmont boys' football team were a part of a cross borough football tournament held at Charlton Athletic's training ground on Thrusday 29th November.  The team competed against 26 other primary schools from Bexley and Greenwich and were exceptional in performance and attitude.  They played against many of the schools in the tournament including Parkway, Invicta, James Wolfe and of their six matches, won five and drew one.  We are all incredibly proud as the boys reached the semi-finals and lost out on penalties.  Mr Lynch was also in attendance and spoke highly of the boys sportsmanship and effort.

At the end of the tournament the boys were lucky enough to meet Jonny Williams a current Charlton Athletic player.

14th May 2020 UPDATE:

Dear Parents/Carers,

Following recent developments shared by the government we would like to assure you that we are in the process of digesting the guidance and planning a safe return for some pupils.

We understand that you are no doubt feeling anxious about your child possibly returning to school and the safety of pupils, staff and our families remains paramount to us and central to the planning process.  Full consideration will be given to all aspects of reopening and being COVID-19 secure and we hope that you will be confident with the decisions that are made.

We will communicate with you before the May half term the school's plan for a partial phased reopening.
