On Friday 11th October we welcomed Mark from the Bexley Food Bank into school to lead our Harvest assembly.  Click below to find out more.

Every year at Belmont we ask our families and community to donate consumable items in aid of our harvest collection.  This year we collaborated directly with the local food bank to find out what items were most desired and to educate our pupils on the importance of supporting families in need in Bexley.

Mark who volunteers at the food bank and is also a part of CRiBS (Christian Resources in Bexley Schools) visited school to lead our assembly.  He was able to explain to the children the purpose of a food bank and how it helps and supports those in need within Bexley.

14th May 2020 UPDATE:

Dear Parents/Carers,

Following recent developments shared by the government we would like to assure you that we are in the process of digesting the guidance and planning a safe return for some pupils.

We understand that you are no doubt feeling anxious about your child possibly returning to school and the safety of pupils, staff and our families remains paramount to us and central to the planning process.  Full consideration will be given to all aspects of reopening and being COVID-19 secure and we hope that you will be confident with the decisions that are made.

We will communicate with you before the May half term the school's plan for a partial phased reopening.
